On the seventh day of the first lunar month, on the auspicious day of construction, Luolong District held the seventh “Three first batch” activity in the second phase of the modern biological industrialization base project. Mr. Sun Yaping, member of the CPC committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Luolong District Luoyang Economic Development Zone, introduced the concentrated construction projects in Luolong District Mr. Wang Shanpu, chairman of the Luoyang modern biotechnology research institute limited ,reported on the start of the project.
The project of Luoyang's modern biological industrialization base will focus on building state-level R & D centers, forming a center for bio-pharmaceutical research and industrialization and a center for digital animal management led by a number of state-level import experts, and the high-tech industrial base with the functions of cultivating innovative talents and transforming scientific and technological achievements.
When completed, the project will lead the development of animal digital management and health industry in scale, intensity and intelligence, and create a“New highland” for sustainable innovation in the bio-industry, to form“New advantages” for innovation-led development.
